CROWD – Internatinal Dance Exchange is a dance residency programme developed together with partners in Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and the UK. This research programme aims to support dance artists with an established practice in community engaged dance making.

CROWD is a dance residency programme developed together with European partners in a time when international sharing and human togetherness is needed more than ever.

This research programme aims to support dance artists with an established practice in community engaged dance making and application are invited before the deadline of 21 February 2021.

Through a series of residencies in Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and the UK, participating artists will have the opportunity to extend their professional network, work alongside peers to exchange and develop their individual and collective practice, whilst generating new knowledge in the area of community engagement in dance.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?
– 6 weeks of national and international residency time in the second half of 2021
– A fee and per diems
– Collaboration with two international artists
– Network with five artists and six international dance organisations
– Travel and accommodation during residency periods here and abroad
– Access and caring responsibility bursaries available
